"Had a good stay. No complaints."

"1. Wifi is not included you have to pay for it and are allowed so many devices. 2. Rooms are only cleaned bi-weekly. 3. Room only come with 2 bath towels if you need to change them out before you stsy endeds you either wash them your self in the their laundry room you have to pay for it or you can pay $10 to get new towels everyday day but that dont have enough towels to go around. 4. You can hear everyone and everything all hours of the day. 5. You have to deal with bath room ceilings leaking through vent from room about you. 6. Your door lock may not work properly, was in room 319 key card didnt not work on door to room but work on all other doors, management was the only one able to unlock the door us the whole 10 day stay we were there. "

"Parking was free. Staff was busy when we got there. Place smells like marijuana. Looks like people live there permanently. Kids riding scouters in the parking lot. Kids running up and down halls making loud noises. Not good for someone that wants to sleep early in evening. "

"We booked it because of the pool, it was closed and no comments were given to customers. If I knew I would never book it. Little bit ruined our family vocation"

"The photos showed a loveseat in the room, there was only a chair. Breakfast on the Hotels App states until 11:00am, and I was super excited about this. It is only until 10:00am, good thing We went down early. Also, the photos online, show bacon and oatmeal for breakfast, two of my morning regulars, there was neither. Both toasters ended up not working. We ended up going out to eat breakfast. "

"The whole place was filthy, floors coming up, sticky and dirty. The pool was closed, fitness center closed, laundry and ice vending closed. Rooms and building are very loud making it impossible to sleep without constantly getting woken up. Only saw one employee who worked the desk, assumingly the owner ( friendly). Did not see any other staff or room service/ cleaning personnel. The shower/ bath faucet was falling off of the shower wall, and inside the closet there was a massive hole in the wall where it looks like a water line repair was made however the wall never repaired. The coffee machine in the room was filthy and only one small pot of coffee was placed out for guests to use in the lobby. Does not seem like a good area to bring a family, a lot of suspicious activity in the parking lots, looks more like a street corner in the hood. Would not recommend this place to anyone unfortunately."
