Being able to rent bikes/scooters/ATVs directly from the hotel was reasonably priced and helpful. Location is enough removed from Tulum center to be more quiet but also convenient/accessible. Only real negative is the construction that was constantly ongoing throughout our stay."

"We loved this resort. Rooms were great, we booked two privileged level rooms. They were so clean. The staff were friendly. Food was delicious. Suggestion to be sure to book your reservations for dinner’s the night you get there for the whole time. We were able to get into three reservations. And we did have dinner one night at Beloved. We spent a day at each of the five pools. Loved the two swim up bars. Make sure to check the theatre schedule as we found the shows to also be worth it. Great selection of items in both of the shops as well. We also loved that we could walk to the marina. Enjoyed watching the dolphins and eating at the burrito restaurant. We were able to swim at the beach without beach shoes, although it is a little rocky in spots. I would recommend taking a snorkel and mask as we purchased one there. There are a lot of fish to see just at the resort in the ocean. Definitely would recommend this resort. "
