"We travel a great deal. Rarely if ever have we found a hotel where the service was so personalized and attentive. The room was spacious and clean; the bathroom and shower were top notch. The location was fantastic, in a beautiful, old, and lively area of Chengdu. But what made the difference more than anything else was the service. Lucy, Sophie, and the other staff couldn't have been more warm and helpful."

"I love the apartment it was awesome and there is a very sweet young girl working at the desk that was very helpful. Unfortunately Expedia has a listing wrong there is no breakfast included also there's no refrigerator available those were two amenities that were on the listing when I booked the owner was kind and offered to pay for my breakfast and we did that one day. But Expedia really needs to adjust the listing. When booking I look for breakfast and refrigerator so this last minute hickup...

"I didn’t like the breakfast selection, and the smell that sticked to our clothes after the breakfast."

"The hotel is very new and in a great location. The room is very spacious and and mattress and pillow are very comfortable. I really enjoy staying in this hotel. The breakfast was good, but not as much selection compared to other similar rating hotel and also is a bit inconvenience due to you need to come to the check-in floor first and then go to a different elevator to the room"

"The room we picked was the Skyline King room with an oversized private hot tub and it did not disappoint. We picked this room based on the pictures and it was just as pictured. The view of the hotel was very pleasant, city view and the room itself is very well maintained. The size of the room was ideal. Had its own area for bathroom and shower and a spacious area for the bedroom and tub. The amenities were also a nice detail. The staff of the hotel were very professional and very polished....

"The room was adequate. I am not really aware of any amenities in the hotel other than the breakfast room. The breakfast was amazing. The air conditioning was not great at first then it was freezing then back to warmish again. It is within walking distance to Tianfu square, People’s Park and the Sichuan Theatre. Lots of shopping and restaurants around. I would stay here again."

"It is a beautiful hotel with a great location and friendly staff. The room was nicely decorated and breakfast was tasty."

"주변에 과자 마트, 맥도날드 가깝고 쇼핑몰도 가까워서 위치도 너무 좋습니다. 직원 분들도 모두 친절해요"

"This property is not even one block away from the famous panda hanging off the side of the roof. Walking distance from EVERYTHING you wanna see. The twin towers is a 5 minute didi away. The room was super clean and niceeee. The staff was super accommodating and helpful. A1 Hotel."

"Lo unico bueno que es centrico pero es un hotel descuidado"
