Worst stay

I had separately booked on Hotels. Com. I was first denied a room. I had stayed there as a part of a already booked room. Then they did not provide basic amenities required bt the customer. Over that there was one fellow at the reception desk who did not want to serve the customer at all. The guy denied whatever we asked. They don't know how the cancellation happens if they denied service. They routed to Hotels.Com for my refund.

Bien pour une nuit (car éloigné du centre)

La chambre réservée pour 4 était en fait une chambre pour 2 mais, le lit étant grand, on a pu y dormir à 3 et ils nous ont ajouté un matelas à poser par terre (cela va que le standing de l'hôtel était + élevé que d'autres car nous n'aurions pas forcément dormi par terre dans tous les hôtels où nous sommes passés). Personnel sympathique (ils peuvent vous réserver un taxi... c'est mieux si vous passez par le gérant, l'hôtel étant situé plutôt dans un quartier calme de Chennai). Si vous voulez vraiment passer beaucoup de temps à Chennai, je pense que l'hôtel est trop excentré car pour atteindre Marina Beach vu la fantasque circulation de la ville, il faut environ 1h pour l'atteindre. Le seul avantage : c'est calme :)
