"The hotel structure is modern and nicely looking.
Everything that's beyond it it's a non-funny joke.
As we arrived they missed our expedia reservation because, supposedly, it had been book too long ago (on Expedia looked pretty confirmed though).
It took close to an hour to get our room as they were asking for more and more reservation details (on top of reservation number, date, payment method any many more) to go through.
There are merely two lifts on a 7 stories building and one of them was...
