"Booked a superior room...the most expensive of our trip....room quite basis so asked to move. No WiFi in rooms only in reception. Was almost immediately pounced on by sales guy trying to sell mectime share at the hotel. Booked massage and only found out there wa a "luxury" tax adding 32% making this,nearly three times,the cost of other massages elsewhere on trip."

"My friends and I didn't like the way we were treated upon check-in. Rooms were small. In a downtown part of town. Picture isn't truthful. Bar connected. We were afraid of local clientele. Ended up goi g to another Hotel. Came back for luggage. Never got a refund."

"Staff were only focused on how much we had to pay for early check in. We booked a room abd prepaid for 3 but the room had 1 towel and 1 water bottle. We hadvto request everything. The staff acted like they were doing us a favour. Ny husband was unwell and couldn't lie flat so requested an extra pillow which they refused to provide. Except for the proximity to the airport I would not be recommending this hotel as it not exactly cheap so you would be better staying elsewhere. There are other...

"excellent stay. newer property. great breakfast buffet spread. clean facility. staff go above and beyond to help. all my interactions including with front desk, house keeping and breakfast station staff were excellent. no complaints at all. i hope the facility continues to uphold this level of excellence. 100% will return to this hotel if my travels bring me back to the area.
