Perfect Normandy accommodation

We stayed 4 nights at this location. It was very quiet, spotlessly clean and very pretty. Our hosts couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Breakfast was an overall pleasant experience with some home made goodies. Fell in love with the family pet dog Talie. Would definitely stay here again 👍

In order to close the door, you have to slam it so all you hear is the door is being slammed all day all night. It's noisy. The beds were uncomfortable. There's no water kettle. The only thing good about it. The shower worked pretty good and that's about it.

informed them of my disabilities prior & got a ground floor room as agreed, but no tiolet seat,had to ask for loo roll, it had a bath,so i was unable to shower for 3 days, asked for a cup for a drin & told no, offered to pay for a cup they said no, bed 18" from door& very low,need i go on?nevever ever stay with them again!!! staff rude & not interstedplease do something about this terrible place... extremly ascould'nt get in, never ser

Avis mitigé.

Séjour en famille pour une nuit à l'hôtel. Chambre assez petite pour 3 mais suffisante pour y dormir. Accueil pas très chaleureux. Télé fonctionnelle. Matelas correct. En revanche, douche très petite, pas pratique avec les toilettes juste à côté, rideau pas étanche du tout. Murs abimés. Lavabo bouché. Chambre pour 3 avec seulement 2 serviettes (la logique ?). A ne pas faire : regarder sous les lits. Ménage plus que limite, poussière ++++. Pour résumer, hôtel correct dans l'ensemble mais des gros points à améliorer.

Décevant

Impossible de dormir dans la chambre 19. En effet, le réservoir des WC laisse échapper un filet d’eau qui a pour conséquence d’activer un complément dans le réservoir toutes les 4 mn comme si on venait de tirer la chasse ; le bruit de remplissage du réservoir (même s’il ne dure que 5 sec) nous a empêché de dormir !!! De plus, le matériel a très mal vieilli (radiateur rouillé, moisissures sur le montant de la porte de la douche, coffrage de la colonne technique démonté/arraché mais pas remplacé, savon du distributeur de douche aux abonnés absents => voir photos ci-jointes). Même si le prix de la chambre est raisonnable, il ne correspond en rien à la prestation attendu. Pour tous ces désagréments, un geste de remboursement commercial en compensation serait plus qu’apprécié.

Nombre de serviettes inférieures aux nombres d’occupants de la chambre. Les 2 distributeurs de savon totalement vide. Serviette manquante récupéré à l’accueil et pour le savon on me conseille d’aller en acheter à Auchan.

Pas top

Problème d’odeur dans la douche. La chasse d’eau fuyait. Pas de gel douche et de savon dans le distributeur. Le tour de la fenêtre est cassé et donc le store ne tenait pas bien. La porte d’entrée ne fermait pas à cause du verrou.

Chambre petite , qui a vécu. La salle de bain si petite que lorsque vous êtes aux toilettes vous avez les pieds dans la douche. Des voisins très bruyants. Pour finir je ne retournerai pas dans un Hôtel Première Classe.
