"I found this hotel a very pleasant surprise, when arrived I was greeted by a lovely women who was helpful and very pleasant, good start! The rooms were clean, functional and beds were comfortable. Will come back again, good value for the price"

"When we arrived there were no lighta on in the check in room, and it looked like theybwere closed. When we made it to the room, the room was not entirely clean. There were stains around the bottoms of the walls in doorways and on the baseboards. The shower curtain was falling off the wall, and the water pressure was non existent. There was barely enough water from the shower head to rinse the soap off your body. The bed sounded like it was falling apart when you laid in it. The linens were nice...

"The hotel looked nice, at first. They are under remodeling and the carpet in the hallway and elevator floors could use a sweeping and wipe down the ugly smears on the elevator walls. Our room was nice but a little more attention to the entry and bathroom floor would have been nice. The bathroom was out of Kleenex and the body wash would not pump to use. The breakfast selection was good but, the attendant was in the backroom and what ever she was playing was louder than the TV in the...

"Bathroom need to up dated. But still no to bad. Being at the end of the hall the AirCondition was loud when it shut off. But if you sleep hard it's ok. Staff was awesome. Food was great. Overall I would stay there again. Right in the middle of everything."

This is my 4th time staying here seems like it's gotten worse from previous stays. But I will come back due to the convenience of the area location.. Hopeful it get better again from this review.."

"Lobby is the key feature...a few too many abandoned businesses on the street detract. Basic room was a bit plain. Chicken and biscuits delicious for breakfast but they were 20 minutes late the day we needed to depart."

"I stayed for one night in a Suite with a kitchen and it was pretty nice and very spacious. Clean and well maintained brightly lit. I just wish this was a full service hotel as far as room service, other than that I would stay here again."

"The water was off when we arrived We had only an hour to make a meeting It would have been nice to have been notified at the beginning instead of me slapping my hands turning on the faucet and no water! The staff was extremely apologetic and helpful manager was nice only real negative was no saying anything up front giving me a chance to make up my mind"

"Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Property was secure, and within walking distance to several points of interest (USC, restaurants, the capital, etc.). There is a gym onsite, but no pool. I would stay here again, and recommend this hotel to family and friends."

"Pros and cons. The property is very clean and physically comfortable. The breakfast is very nice. Be advised that this property is NOT in downtown Columbia, or in walking distance to it. Additionally, I specifically picked this place because it had a pool. The pool was closed due to an inspection issue. Not the hotel’s fault, but on the last day we were there it “reopened “ but we had to get the staff to actually unlock the door, and then the pool was too cold to swim in. Another issue was the...
