The location was in a quiet neighborhood, and 2 minutes from Pimlico Tube Station, one Tube stop from Victoria Station, and a bus stop almost across the street. Good restaurants and a grocery store within 2-5 minutes, which was important at the end of the day! "

"O hotel é muito bem localizado, bem próximo de estação de metrô Bayswater, com linhas que chegam a vários pontos turísticos. Região com muito comércio, mercados e restaurantes. O ponto negativo do hotel é o tamanho do quarto, que é pequeno demais. Eu e meu marido não conseguimos abrir as malas ao mesmo tempo. Um transtorno! O quarto tem tv, frigobar, micro-ondas. A região do hotel é excelente, mas não voltaria em função da falta de espaço do quarto, embora saiba que hoteis em Londres normalmente...

"Khách sạn tuy nhỏ nhưng khá sạch sẽ, đi lại rất kỳ thuận tiện, gần bến tàu, bến bus, trung tâm mua sắm, giá phòng hợp lý, điểm trừ là không có thang máy. Nếu lần sau quay lại London tôi vẫn chọn W12 Rooms"

"Fantastic location (close to King's Cross and Russell Square stations) in a quiet area. My ensuite room was very clean and they provided towels and toiletries, you'll have to bring your own hairdryer though. Bed could be a little bit more comfortable but overall my stay was great. Friendly and helpful staff all around as well. The breakfast was a good option to have too and was very reasonably priced."
