So overall, the experience was good outside of the elevator, not working and me having my mom who currently uses a cane and walker. The front staff were great BUT the hotel had no elevator for the 4 days we stayed. The room was never cleaned our entire stay. The fire alarms went off at 3am and then 345 am. When we called the front they just said “everything’s fine” as soon as they picked up the phone. When we brought all the these things to their attention we were offered free breakfast our last morning. For the area the facilities are lacking to say the least.

The phones do not work. If you need anything you have to go down to the desk to get it, we stayed two nights and did not receive fresh towels or a reset room. We received half a roll of tissue and when I called for some the lady told me I had to come get it. ELEVATORS ARE BROKEN, first room was completely dirty. Only 1 out 4 people were friendly. Definitely would not stay here anymore.
