Wonderful hosts and super convenient location 2 mins from central Chester. Can get a bit noisy on a Saturday night given its central location, otherwise the perfect stop-over for our Chester visit.

Great place to stay in Chester. The hosts were lovely and very helpful with information on parking, where to go and the pubs and where to eat. The pub across the road was one recommended and it was a great place every friendly and great food

Amazing guesthouse

A great guesthouse looked good as approached from the outside, tucked behind one of main roads so the bus stop is literally 2 mins away. I was greated by Alison who welcomed me in and made me feel at ease - thank you. The room was big and very clean, with tea/coffee. The decor was amazing too. The bed was so cozy and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff , Gave us advice for navigating the city. Had an issue with shower but it was fixed same day. Only con was the narrow steep stairs up to our room but we didn't ask for accessible room when booking so our error. Central location, easy walking distance to city centre. Plenty cafés, restaurants nearby as well as a Tesco Express.

Superb one-night stay

Our stay was to split a long journey south so it was only for one night. Self-entry was straightforward, room more than sufficient for our needs bed very comfortable and room temperature perfect, unlike a lot of places! We were a minutes walk to main street & all amenities and although breakfast was not provided we had ample choice nearby when we left. Host very friendly - all in all, we will definitely be returning!

Great price for the location. Bus stop round the corner. Lots of places to eat, drink & explore close by. Clean & comfortable. Good communication from owners. Stairs up to the rooms so not great if you've got lots of luggage (or are unfit!) Some adverts say breakfast is included but it isn't. There is on street parking available from 6pm to 8am,first come first served basis.

This was just a flying visit as I needed somewhere to stay in the middle of a long journey... I picked this option as it was the cheapest I saw (£42) and I was on a budget, so I knew I might have to just accept anything - but the quality of everything about my stay was great! I was able to check in/out outside the normal hours which I appreciated and communication with the owners was very good (including full guidance on parking). I had a comfortable double bed and en suite bathroom. The location was perfect, right in the middle of historic Chester and close to a beautiful quiet pub (it was a Monday night) where I sat and read for a while. Really set me up for the next leg of my journey!
