The staff were very helpful & informative. The breakfast buffet could have more items however it was still decent. Staff excellent, we’ve only given a 3 star because the beds were so bad!! We only ate there once during our stay as it was very average and the choice poor. Luckily we only used it as a base. Also it should be called a Spa as it isn’t one
