" Upon arrival, the condition of our room was unacceptable. The floors were sticky, surfaces were visibly dirty, there were stains on furniture, and we even encountered a bug on the floor. Additionally, the door handle felt unclean, raising serious concerns about overall sanitation. We requested a room change, which was accommodated, but unfortunately the second room did not meet basic cleanliness standards either. Throughout the property, there was a persistent smell of cigarettes and general uncleanliness. Strange as the property boasts no smoking. Further compounding the issue, the elevator was not functioning, requiring us to walk up and down four flights of stairs repeatedly. This was a significant inconvenience and should have been clearly communicated in advance. Most concerning, however, was the lack of proper security. Doors that were expected to be locked were left unsecured, creating an environment that felt unsafe. Given the combination of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety issues, this experience fell far below acceptable hospitality standards. "

"Parking was easy access, Danny from the front desk is amazing. Other than that the hotel is filled with addicts, hallways smelling like weed and cigarettes along with no shower curtains, no running water in the toilets and the elevator going down all within a one day stay."

"The experience was not Hilton's best. My family and I were welcomed in a older accommodation. The toilet seat in the 1st bathroom was very shaky and needed to be replaced. The room needed to be renovated. The 2nd bathroom's toilet was clogged and needed a plunger. When we called the front desk, the phone continued to ring out. After trying to get in touch with the hotel, the front desk finally answered and told us that maintenance had left for the day, and we needed to come and get the plunger. Breakfast was from 6:30 -9:30 a.m. At breakfast the next morning, we arrived at 8:30 a.m. The breakfast committee ran out of certain items and were not replenishing the items for all of the guests in the hotel to enjoy. The food was not up to par because they did not have food warmers in the breakfast area to keep them warm. I have never been to any Hilton Hotel that did not have warmers/or sternos to keep food warm as guests come through for the 3 - 4 hour breakfast period. The next day at breakfast, they ran out of items and never replenished them for the guests. The food was nasty, soggy, overly greasy, etc. There was a spill in the breafast area and thecwater was on the floor entirely too long. This hotel is in need of more staff to help them run things smoothly. One of the breakfast staff members also had all of her "big hair" out around the food without a hair net on, and the next day at breakfast, she had on a scarf as if she was going to bed. This is not "professional" on any "
