"This is a brand new hotel… the gym still has “new car” smell! Staff was absolutely lovely. Rooms are smaller, but perhaps the most well thought use of smaller space, including thoughtfully designed charging stations and reading lights on both sides of each bed. Bath/Towels exceptional. "

"It was nice having a suite for extra room during our stay but the hotel is located in a "weird" spot and you have to walk a couple blocks across the river to find food (or anything else) if you're not eating at the hotel. I honestly wouldn't stay here again because of its location. Luckily we weren't there in the middle of winter, but it was still cold end of April walking to the nearest restaurant. The other thing we didn't like is that they charge $15/hour for parking in their lot and it prevented our family from visiting us at the hotel, which was disappointing. There wasn't even street parking within a couple blocks because of their weird location. We did not rent a car, but Ubers/lyft were readily available."

"Despite looking like something out of a MC Escher starting, this hotel is comfortable, and the lack of external windows on the lower levels makes each room dark and perfect for a good night's sleep. Good selection of breakfast items, and all day coffee provided. Fantastic location, friendly and knowledgeable staff. "

"The hotel provided a shuttle to different places. I would not recommend using this shuttle. It took them one and half hours to pick us up! "

"Our room very old, including furniture with squeaky bed and chair. FYI, no a/c., but was not needed this time of year, so not a problem for us. Overall it did the trick and there morning spread was nice, although we had other plans so did not partake."

"We've stayed here on a number of occasions visiting our Northeastern Student. This time was simply to visit the Museum of Fine Arts and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Location is great. Walkable to a couple of restaurants. Above normal continental breakfast in the morning. Limited parking on the ground floor (you need to have your room key to access BEFORE you try to enter or you'll get stuck on a very steep incline with not many options to back out. Having the little kitchenette makes supper easy if you don't want to go out to eat. There are some options at the front desk. Overall, easily accessible and the perfect fit for an outing to Boston."

"We stayed at the property for 2 nights. We stayed on the second floor. We got excited at first because the room was pretty nice, the furniture and the bathroom were brand new. However, our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. We called the front desk and the housekeeping, and they didn't do anything. So we had the same towels for 2 nights. The restaurant was booked for parties on both nights, so we couldn't use it. The worst part was the second night of our stay. The party and the music downstairs were so loud, we could hear literally every song in our room. I've asked people at the front desk to turn it down, but nothing was done. I was told the space was rented until 11 pm and nothing could be done until that time. We were not offered to change rooms to a higher floor, it was "just suck it up" type of attitude. I was not able to put my child to sleep or rest at all that evening. At 11:15 pm the music was still blasting. Hotel staff said they couldn't find anyone responsible for the party. I ended up going to the party in my robe and yelling at the DJ telling him to shut down the music. Only then, the music was shut down. If you want peace and quiet at the end of the day, this is not the hotel for you."

Wasn’t sure if smoke or what I did tell housekeeper who was outside in hallways and she came and sprayed something room was decent view was great windows were super dirty so couldn’t really enjoy it "
