"Services not as advertised: no buffet breakfast or laundry services. Double (Red) Room had severe water damage and leaking floors near bathroom. There were dirty dishes in our room when we arrived. We checked out early to stay elsewhere. "

"Santa Caterina was very clean and staff were helpful. It jas a nice ambience. Breakfast was very nice - would have liked it to begin a little earlier b/c we had an early start to day (at least coffee). Room was great & view beautiful. Because it is tucked away in the city, must allow extra time to get anywhere b/c of traffic. Would definitely recommend to others."
