"O atendimento recebido das pessoas foi muito bom, em especial o da Sra Edith (gerente).
Entretanto, nos deparamos que os quartos ficam num primeiro andar e não há elevador. A recepção e café da manhã, ficam num edifício ao lado num 1ro andar, onde tampouco há elevador.
No quarto não há interfone para falar com a recepção, nem frigobar, nem vista (pois a janela dá para um estacionamento interno).
Analisando custo benefício, consideramos que 95,00 euros por dia é muito caro.

"Absolutely outstanding! Service was great and personal. The hotel is located in a nice cozy neighborhood, with walking distance to various Osterias and Trattorias, Pizzerias, coffee bars and cocktail bars. The hotel was very clean and everything functioned as expected. The owner Lucca was very welcoming and personable, gave us tips on where to go and things to do. We felt very safe walking around. I would definitely recommend staying here! "

"I got there at 1:30pm and door was locked no way of getting into a locked gate I was under the impression it was a hotel, got in lucky cause someone was leaving to find out I have to pay €0.20 to use the elevator to get the the suites(gramsci) the bed was extremely hard to sleep on also mosquito infested screen on balcony is torn allowing ton of them to bite us!! Honestly horrible! At least give the ppl staying there some bug repellent at bare minimum "
