"We arrived at the unit to find a set of keys in an easily operable lockbox outside. Upon entering the unit, we found a well-furnished, roomy space that comfortably housed us and our 2 teenagers with 2 bedrooms, a semi-private living room with sofabed that was already made up for us, 2 large full bathrooms, and even a private terrace. "Apartment is new and clean. Very spacious and great layout. Was disappointed that ac was advertised but when trying to use cool mode it switched to heat. Also fire alarm went off bc someone burnt something which is out of the control of management but the response took 2 hours for someone to come and silence the alarm. Also trash was left in elevator so we couldn’t use it to bring our bags up to the 3rd floor. "

"The check-in to the hotel was about 10-15 minutes away walking. Check in was smooth. Walked about 5 more minutes to the apartment. There was no attendant at the apartment building but there was a lot of security in the building. Felt very safe."

"Bed linens clean. Luke warm shower, Not hot enough for comfort. Well stocked kitchen although grill for toasting bread was not clean. Would have enjoyed outside seating. Just table and couple chairs in garden would have been great for morning coffee or evening drink. "
