The food is amazing, worth trying everything if you have time. Rooms were always cleaned every day and arranged. The staff is very friendly and kind. "the positives: the grounds of the hotel are incredible & the view is second to none. The pool is great. The staff is friendly - although I didn’t see much of them. Sadly - the interiors are dated and furniture in the rooms is due for an update (there were tears in the couch upholstery in our room / very dated linens on a chaise). This property has so much potential - I’d love to see it get an aesthetic refresh. Also good to note - the wifi wasn’t reliable. "

"I will dream of this property forever. It has the most magnificent view of San Gimignano and the countryside, and is literally a 5 minute drive into town. It was the perfect escape for our honeymoon this summer. The only thing I wish we had, was more time to enjoy the hotel. The breakfast was super tasty! "
