I compared the customer service by personnel of the Tokyo Bay property vs the Yokohama Bay property and found the front desk and concierge of Tokyo Bay were abit more customer service oriented and friendlier where in need of a taxi at the Yokohama Bay one of the girls instead of walking me to where I need to go to get help seemed a bit dismissal and said to go to counter. I find many other staff would walk the foreigner not knowing Japanese language to the desk or area especially I explained I needed to make a scheduled bus. She did not go beyond to extend the customer service tThis negative experience influenced my perspecive of the Yokohama Bay property. Other than that Yokohama Bay was fine but rooms very small and the Tokyo Bay was good because staff was very friendly and more helpful but rooms a little small too.
