Hotel was,about 12 minutes from Chiba station. Good area lots of shopping, restaurants and bars. Checking in was straight forward. Good size room with massage chair, comfortable bed and clean.

One could not do better for the price. Very convenient to everything. This hotel looks brand new sparkling clean. I came here for a couple days before leaving Japan at Narita. Close location to the airport to spend a day or two and see a very nice small Japanese City.

I had a fantastic time at the hotel. Everyone was super nice and helpful, as usual in Japan. The room was well-maintained and cleaned regularly. The connection to the train system was also excellent. Everything you could need was right next to the hotel: groceries, general shops, and bars. The breakfast was also plentiful, and if you didn't use it, you could redeem the breakfast voucher at the restaurant later in the day. I would choose this hotel again anytime.

New hotel rooms

New. Hotel just been renovated, opened in Oct 2024. Very good price. Comfortable room, delicious breakfast. Check in is quick and easy. Parking is great, charge ¥1600. Cannot wait to come back.

Good quality for staying except the breakfast

The environment and services are quite good as most Japanese hotels. But the breakfast is poor and lower than the average level in Japan
