Just like other top Japanese hotels, the room was impeccably clean, although small (completely OK for me 1 person). The Onsen on the rooftop is a must-visit! The woman at the concierge desk “LUA” was extremely kind and helpful. She helped me purchase tickets to Tokyo Disneyland and also tickets for the bullet train to visit Kyoto. Loved the Godzilla theme, and the giant Godzilla on the roof of the hotel.

The location of the hotel directly across Shinagawa Station was really great. The staff were also very cordial and helpful. Our room however was small, and it smelled of smoke.
