Stayed in a jacuzzi suite (rest of the hotel was sold out). Decided to use it but the jets barely worked. Tv remote didn’t work and WiFi was hard to get on. The place was clean and staff was friendly. Safe neighborhood.

The room was horribly dirty, with roaches, black mold growing across multiple spots, and mouse droppings in every corner. I gave the staff three stars, as though it was difficult to get in touch with management, they were always friendly and willing to help. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. Look at other reviews.

The hotel was great great breakfast selection and the staff was very pleasant nice clean hotel the only con is that the hotel doesn't have an elevator to get to the second floor and that is an issue for some people but I would recommend other than that

The breakfast was good. Our wall had about a 6” hole in it and bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way because it didn’t line up properly. Broken chairs in the courtyard need to be removed. Staff was nice. A number of improvements must be made though.

Clean room, only issue was the fridge started leaking other than that it was good. Breakfast was good as always. Staff was very nice and friendly, the hot tub was nice will definitely go again. The indoor pool was nice as well, I enjoyed my stay.

Rooms were extremely clean and quiet. Beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, although it could have used some fresh fruit to go with their other offerings. The pool was clean although a bit chilly. Courtyard was beautiful. Would definitely stay again when in town.

This was an average Hotel and was what I would have expected except, the hotel was undergoing renovations and there was dust and construction going on. Staff was super friendly and the bed was more than comfortable. We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi which was clean and worked well. Overall, this stay is 3 stars, and would have been 4 had there not been construction.
