This is a great hotel in a fantastic downtown location close to the river walk. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We love Citizen M hotels and this one definitely lived up to our expectations.

Perfect location to be in the most walkable parts of Downtown. Liked the size of the room available for a solo traveler. Be prepared to spend a little with all the convenience you’re surrounded by, but well worth the experience being in Chicago for the first time.

The Hotel was very nice & close walking distance to everything, the only thing I did not like, the room we had was extremely small, I felt closed in, the bed was not comfortable for the price of the room, but overall the staff was awesome & the entire property was clean, overall we had a nice time, but I think I would choose another room that’s spacious to move around in
