Rooms were cleaned and the check in was a smooth process! The lobby was well maintained and fully stocked! Safe area and a lot of local spots for visitors!
Really enjoyed how pleasant and helpful staff was. Also, it’s across from this amazing pizza place, Barnabys!! Pizza was to die for, everything else was ok.
My husband & I recently stayed at the Renaissance Chicago North Shore Hotel. It was a very nice hotel, clean & spacious rooms. It was also very close to The Ravinia Festival where we went to a concert. Overall enjoyable stay.
Nice property. Friendly, accommodating staff. There are lots of events happening on weekend evenings, so the lobby is busy and bar gets a little loud. Expedia said there was a pool and hot tub, but there is not.
Had the opportunity to have a Corner Room on the 7th Floor. Spacious and Comfortable. Everything in the room was positioned properly and accessible. Bathroom was sufficient and water pressure in room was Great. Location of Hotel was right next to the Highway so very convenient for travel purposes going into and coming back from the City. Definitely will be looking to stay at this location again once I visit Chicago again.
Room was clean, staff were great and friendly and helpful. Although I didn’t eat at the restaurant the food looked good and it was always busy. I would stay here again if travelling to Chicago. The train station was close by and using the shuttle service was easy and efficient to get to and from the station.
