Perfect for families on one of the best beaches.

We had a lovely stay, a weekend was enough for me as very busy and quite loud. Ideal for families and lots for young children to do. Food is very good quality and the staff are very friendly and lots of them! In general would recommend for people with young children.

The food was amazing, good variety. The design of the rooms are beautiful a and the bed were comfortable. However, we could not use the spa or book any massages. The room was dusty. One of the glasses used broke and my sister ended up with a piece of glasses

Good: Great for kids, decent food, mostly well kept grounds, comfortable rooms Bad: Noisy at night, particularly on Friday night when the party happens. Pools aren't heated like advertised. Food was good but not great if you don't eat meat. Nothing else to do in the area.

Nice location. Everything has been renovated 5-6 years ago. Although was all inclusive I had hard time picking quality food from buffet. A lot of artificial stuff. Crowded. Mostly families from Germany and rest of Europe… Their policy with pool towels very annoying ….You have to use for one towel at the time ticket and limited hours when they dispense it. No gluten free options markings. Overall I would not go back.

All over okay place especially with kids. But foods and drinks are not good. You can’t expect good foods and drink at there. I woke up with nasty smell in the morning which I assume drainage from bathroom. I booked with Expedia 2 adults and one kid(2 years), when I checked in I was told that kid price is not included. So we have to pay for kid. I don’t think I will go back to over there.

Fantastic property - if it's sunny! Sadly, we had 4 days of torrential rain for the 4 days we were visiting and there was very little to do. We had a 23 month old toddler with us and he wasn't allowed to use the soft play or use any of the toys in the kids club as the minimum age is 2. They then agreed that we could have 15 minutes at 10am in the soft play as there was literally nothing at all to do with him. There's very limited seating in the main bar so everyone spilled into the reception area before they opened the nightclub for somewhere for people to sit. Sadly, there wasn't any entertainment so we spent a lot of time in the room trying to keep our son occupied. It's such a shame as when the sun is out, im sure this is the perfect place.

Habitaciones muy cómodas! La comida muy rica, todo el personal muy amable! La única oportunidad de mejora es el proceso de ingreso en recepción ya que hicimos mas de 1 hora de fila, ojala puedan optimizar estos tiempos. De cualquier forma el personal nos dio una hora mas a la salida por esta situación compensando esa perdida de tiempo así que nosotros felices, muchas gracias!
