En general estuvo bien, el desayuno lo básico, pero no tenían disponible planchas para la ropa y las toallas del baño viejas, deberían de cambiarlas

Todo esta bien, limpieza, atención, solo que hace mucho servian el desayuno a las 6 a.m para los que vamos en cuestión de trabajo y entramos muy temprano era la hora perfecta, ahora lo sirven a las 7 am y realmente ni una fruta podemos degustar.

El lugar es pequeño pero cómodo, esta ubicado en la zona industrial, conveniente si tienes asuntos cerca de esta zona. Incluye wifi y desayuno; el desayuno es simple, buenos a secas.

Como opción deberían dejar mas tiempo el desayuno ya que uno va a descansar y dormir agusto, y lo quitan a las 10:30, todo lo demas estuvo perfecto

Refrigeración deficiente

El aparato de la refrigeración de la habitación que nos asignaron, funcionaba escaso tres minutos y se apagaba por ocho a diez. Nos cambiaron de habitación y al mejoró un poco la situación; porque funcionaba la refrigeración alrededor de 15 minutos, se apagaba por un tiempo, a los cinco minutos aproximadamente se activaba pero con un exagerado ruido, imposible dormir en esas circunstancias.

Buena atención y rápido ingreso, sacaron copias de mi identificación, como que tienen un filtro interno de seguridad, lo cual es excelente porque de menos saben quienes ocupan las habitaciones contiguas.

The whole service was wonderful, they helped us to set the laundry machine they helped with advice to find souvenirs at down town and. Gave us a ride to the bus stop for the way back! They helped us to clean a blouse with a hard stain. In general, they were able to run an “extra mile” to met our traveling needs! Thank you hotel team!
