"I had wonderful experience with this property . Staffs are super professional and friendly, very quick response. Had small issues with first room the manager switched me to large suite and make sure me and my family are comfortable with the new room . I give them 5/5 star plus extra start super comfortable rooms. Location is excellent plus you access the mall easily. "

"The room that they gave me was on floor 1 which seems to be right above the ballroom. There must of been an event that night the music was so loud I didn't get any sleep and I had a 13 hour flight the next day. So if you book a room ask for a higher floor. The staff are very nice and friendly. "

"Brand-new and already a favourite. From the super helpful valet to the warm, efficient reception team, we felt looked after from the moment we pulled up. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are genuinely spacious. The area in which the hotel is located feels a bit more upmarket, with quirky new coffee and matcha spots on the doorstep, and the location made getting around Amman a breeze. Breakfast wasn’t the most extensive, but it did the job and we left happy. If I’m nit-picking: a couple of hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes/towels would be great. Small thing, because overall this place is superb, and we’d happily stay again."
