"While its location is unique in a business building, the hotel was everything they say it is. It was very clean, the amenities were nice, and the staff were all very helpful and polite. I would definitely stay here if I am in Mankato again."

"Room is somewhat small but for the price cant complain and the bed is a solid 5/10. Not horrible but definitly not gonna feel amazing when you wake up. However rooms have no fridge or microwave. Also I dont know what everyone else mentions but the breakfast is basically non existent unless you want cereal, yogurt or a granola bar. Its definitly not a good hot breakfast. I will however say for the price it's not a horrible hotel."

"I’m really surprised how good the reviews were on this hotel after visiting it. I don’t need fancy, but this room was really dirty. Pieces of debris in the bathroom and on the carpet. Drips of mold or something on the bathroom wall and right behind the doorway. Like from eye level all the way, almost down to the floor, at least 10 drips. As well as juice or urine not really sure in the garbage can. It was also under construction, which I can understand and appreciate the updates seem to be in...

"The room was extremely comfortable, bizarrely so even. I've never stayed in a hotel that had a separate bedroom OR a fully functional kitchen, including: electric cooking range, cabinets full of non disposable dishes and cookware, AND a dishwasher. Weird place. Highly recommend. Great views if you face the forest too. "
