Highly recommended! The week we spent at the hotel was unforgettable. "Imperdível. Casa confortável, excelente atendimento. Mas o bom mesmo é a utilização da área comum. É ampla, e muito perto do rio, que é maravilhoso. O deck é muito legal. Pra quem tem dúvidas, Puerto Bertrand é uma cidade bem pequena, mas você encontra mercados e opções para comida lá. O cartão Wise (visa) passou em todos os lugares que testamos tanto em Bertrand como na Patagônia toda. Ou seja, é possível ficar mais dias hospedado sem grandes problemas."

"This is a small village with a population of only about 500 people, but during the peak season, it attracts a large number of tourists visiting Capillas de Mármol. Although the village has rather limited infrastructure, this hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. One of the best features was the shared kitchen, where guests could prepare simple meals. There was also a good restaurant nearby, which made our stay even more convenient. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations, especially considering its location in such a small village. I would definitely stay here again if I return to the area."

"You need a.category six when it comes to lodges like Hacienda Tres Lagos. I have been traveling for five weeks in Argentina, Uruguay and Chile and Tres Lagos is hands down my/our favorite place. Our room (Exploradores) was spectacular with the fireplace, view and amenities! The staff were over the top. We felt like somewhere between close family and beloved royalty! The kitchen means to please with a nice array of wonderful dishes and we also enjoyed cocktails and wine. Domingo, Andres, Alejandra, Nicholas, Michelle, Nancy and everyone were so kind and attentive. Make sure.to boat and hike with Nicholas to the three glaciers! What a treat!"
