"We were billed for the water bottles in the room we didn’t use. When we contacted the property about the charge the person who answered the phone was rude and insisted the bottles were consumed. After being insistent that we did not touch the bottles and left them as they were when we walked she reluctantly refunded the charge “this time” but will not do so again. Travelers choosing to stay here should take the unused water bottles to the front desk upon checkout as proof of them not being consumed.
