"Unerwartete getrennte Gebäude, denn die 4 bis 8 Bettzimmer befinden sich 2 Straßen weiter. Eines der Gebäude verfügt weder über eine Küche noch über einen Gemeinschaftsraum. Zum Duschen oder auf die Toilette muss man in verschiedene Etagen gehen, und die Betten haben leider keine Vorhänge oder Ähnliches."

"I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Palmer's Lodge. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional.
The reception team was so welcoming and patient —when I accidentally locked myself out of my room three times, they kindly unlocked the door for me every single time with a smile! Also, when there was a minor issue with a flooded floor in the laundry room, a male staff member responded immediately and made it sparkling clean in no time.
