"We reserved a family room and requested wheelchair access for our son. We were placed on the 2nd floor, NO LIFT. Only 2 towels for a family of 4. No tea in the coffee/tea stash. "The motel was fine. Beds comfortable, well stocked rooms, quiet even on the main A420. Reception were helpful and knew their stuff. The diner not so great for us. Suited more to younger people/families. I understand it's based on a US diner but it could have benefited from a more UK perspective."
