"4th floor outer room no view. Right by the stairs very noisy. No sleep all night. Coffee pot didn't work. Construction going on unbeknownst to us until arrival. Very noisy again and disruptive to check in. Couldn't park in front had to carry everything from the parking garage."

"I couldn’t have been happier with my decision to book this hotel. We upgraded for a small fee in the morning by calling for an early check-in. So we ended up in the one bedroom with the Riverview, which was wonderful. Everything was clean from the entrance all the way up to the room, the staff was nice. The location was great. I would absolutely highly recommend this place."

"This hotel was wonderful. Our view of the ocean from the 3rd floor was fantastic. The room was clean. The location is perfect with easy access to the beach and walkable to restaurants and shops. The only drawback was that we did not have hot water in the morning and when we called the front desk, we were told that everyone in the hotel must be taking a shower at the same time and to wait 30 min. Two hours later we still didn’t have hot water in the shower and we didn’t get to shower before we checked out at 11. I would stay there again in the hopes that they fix their hot water system."
