"Our room was upgraded to a suite for $20. The room was very tired... cracked sink in bathroom, pictures missing on the wall (hooks were there), promised view of lake was blocked by trees right across, roof outside window was covered in old leaves - just not what one would expect for $373."

"The hotel was very dirty in communal areas mainly but also in the room. The plugs were coming out of the walls. The tap dripped. The coffee filter glass pot was cracked so couldn’t make a coffee. The beds and pillows were comfortable though and the staff were very helpful."
