Room (342) was lovely - Nice and spacious. Staff, in general were pleasant. Unfortunately one member of staff in particular didn't have the best of attitudes. Breakfast was nice enough. Hotel tired and in need of updating. Dirty pillow cases! Heating in room not working, electric fan heater provided with feet missing - potential fire hazard! Staff very friendly, polite welcoming, attentive and happy! Food great, bar service great. Attention to food allergy great!
