"Hotel Las Qolqas is much more than a place to stay — it’s a destination in itself. Surrounded by majestic mountains, it combines luxury and nature in perfect harmony. The hotel is impeccably maintained, yet it lets you feel the powerful presence of the surrounding landscape. The food is outstanding, by chef Lenin and his staff: Luis, Rafael, Victor, Eliana, Dafne and Sara. The atmosphere is serene, and every detail carefully crafted. If you’re visiting Machu Picchu, stay at least three nights to...

"Best views of the ruins by far!! Our room had views of both sides and both sets of ruins. Breakfast was great!! It was a little walk from the center square and no parking nearby, so lugging the bags and luggage to and from taxis was a bit of a pain. No amenities in the room."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Natalia took good care of us and we were able to communicate well despite our limited Spanish. There was good wifi, lots of blankets, a nice view of the street and the ruins from the balcony and the breakfast was delicious. We would not hesitate to stay here again."

"We loved this place in Ollantaytambo. Our items were picked up by the hosts free of charge at the train station and we explored on foot until we arrived at the home later in the day. The home is spacious and well maintained with a large patio and great views of the city. Catta was flexible with our needs and held our bags until we left Ollantaytambo in the late afternoon. I would highly recommend the stay to any group of friends or family visiting!"

"The wonderful Lida and her aunt Vilma own this lodging. They are both very sweet and contributed to the good vibe of the place. Lida speaks perfect English and can help you arrange a medicine ceremony with a local contact of hers if you wish.
I really liked that this place was just out of town, along the river, and very peaceful. It’s only a short walk into town; a short walk in the other direction is the start of the Incan Trail to the amazing archaeological site Puma Marca. My room on the...

"The staff were very helpful and tentative.
Room was clean and efficient.
Close to the train station was helpful with plenty of taxis to assist if wanted."
