"7人で4ベッドルームを予約していました。 夕方に到着しましたが、フロントデスクが存在せず、どこで鍵を受け取ればいいのかわかりませんでした。建物内にあるコンビニのお兄さんの親切で何とか鍵を受け取ることができましたが、高齢者が2人同行する中、暑い廊下で30分以上待たされました。 部屋はリビングが広く間取りとしてはよかったです。大通りを超えれば大きなショッピングモールもあるのでロケーションもいいと思いました。 しかし、Expediaにはハウスクリーニング（毎日）と記載されていましたが、6泊滞在しましたが、チェックイン後一度もスタッフが現れることはなく、ベッドメイク、タオルの交換、ごみ処理などをしてもらうことはありませんでした。滞在中、何度も連絡をしましたが、「足が痛くて病院に行くので…」など言い訳ばかりで全く対応して頂けませんでした。キッチンのごみも処理してもらえないので、毎日ゴキブリが出ました。 ロケーションや部屋の感じ、プールなどはいいのに、スタッフの対応でこんなにも不快な思いをしなければならないのはとても残念でした。 "

"I liked this apartment. It was the perfect size for one person. Could even be good enough for a couple. The room was clean and I loved the color scheme. The building itself could use some improvements but you can’t tell from this apartment. Ellina was always available via WhatsApp to answer my questions. The location isn’t ideal but it’s a quick and cheap taxi ride to town. The infinity pool view is to die for. Building Also has a gym. The best part is that the price is very affordable! "
