"Very nice property needs upgrade with elevators since steps only option to get to 400 rooms and definitely needs room upgrades with AC in rooms . We made it work while there that week . Overall enjoyed the property . "

"Although we arrived late, everything was ready at the front desk, and we were warmly welcomed after hours by the night security. Our stay was smooth and without any issues. The staff were courteous, respectful, and always friendly. The manager even checked in on us personally, which made us feel really valued. We were traveling with a physically challenged adult and had no trouble getting around with a wheelchair, even though some minor renovations were taking place. All in all, a very comfortable and welcoming family stay. We would certainly recommend this hotel. "
