From the outside i thought it was not going to be a place i would come back to, but ibwas pleasantly surprised how clean and neat the inside and rooms were. Bathrooms were spotless...beads comfortable...free breakfast was fantastic. Ok...its not the Gaylord.. but for less than half the price well worth it. Also, the taco restaurant across the street was amazing!

This is a smaller boutique hotel. I went for a conference at the Gaylord and did not want to pay their room prices. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is small, but the bathroom is generous. I experienced some small issues but the staff corrected them. It's within a half mile of the water and the N/S trolley is close. Restaurants arr some distance away but for $125 a night in San Diego? They did a good job. It's clean and quiet.

The rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear the traffic outside and, of course, your neighbors. Whether this is a problem depends on the individual. However, it's otherwise a great hotel, within walking distance of the trolley station. There's a shopping center within walking distance, and a good restaurant next to the hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful, which is why this hotel deserves so many stars in our opinion.
