"Staff are more than available .. 24/7 so kind and caring and get things done .. the property is old school .. older building is solid wide cement walkways .. vintage turquoise cute fountain in the middle all levels can hear .. the newer building fabulous balcony’s the ocean is 2 blocks away rooms face it .. all rooms are huge .. updated counters just perfect .. parking is right there in cute alcoves all charm … I now come here regularly! "

"Staff was friendly, location was nice. However, the room was dirty. There was dust bunnies all over the lamp shades the head boards had handprints and food stains on it. Walls were dirty. Carpet was sticky and the concerning part of it all was that in the bathroom in the shower. The ceiling has a leak from the 3rd floor and it was leaking into our shower. "

"Overall the hotel is not bad, it is an old building , some things I saw wrong! A/c works but felt more like a swamp cooler, there is no breakfasts and only a vending machine and ice. Yes it is stated online , also the floor in the room is slanted at a degree, not level! Also you can’t take a bath if unwanted to cause a warning sign says not to or flood will occur and u will be fined 250$. The room is basic and little offered … but it is quit and clean and offers covered parking "

"Watch out for this place! We checked in at 3:30pm and put our luggage in the room. My husband and I left to have dinner and drinks only to come back at 11:00pm to have our room given to someone else! Mind you, this hotel doesn’t have a live person on the premises so everything is done over the phone and door codes are sent electronically. The person over the phone tried to send the young man in our room to another room next door giving him another code. When he opened the door, the room was already rented out! So yes, they did it again! My husband and I did end up allowing the young man to stay in our original room since he had already slept in the bed. Needless to say the hotel said they were sorry but they overbooked and didn’t have a room for us. How is this if we’ve already checked in, paid and left our luggage in our room?? They didn’t even offer to help us find a nearby hotel for the inconvenience. My husband and I ended up sleeping in our car for a few hours to build up enough energy to eventually drive home. This is unacceptable. The problem is that this establishment is trying to get away with not having a human on the premises to cut cost however, it is at the clients expense. If you want to chance not actually having a room, even after you’ve checked in, then this is the place for you. "
