"I loved this hotel. It’s right next to the gate into the historic section of Noto. It’s either brand new or recently remodeled. Everything is up to date. There’s an elevator and a rooftop terrace. I stayed three nights. Breakfast is made to order. I left a bag at a restaurant and a hotel staff member went and got it for me! I would absolutely stay again. "

"Breakfast was great and host was wonderful, the only suggestion would be that the bed not be separating when two are sleeping and the door to shower area was very creaky and difficult to open or close, not great for light sleepers. Parking is sometimes hit or miss and based on availability, only parking on street was available (might be a challenge during peak seasons). Location was great and this was a good choice for us."

"This hotel was in the best location in old historic Noto! It was sooo great that in the evening, we stepped right out into an awesome parade walking through the historic centre! The staff were extremely nice and pleasant on arrival. They also helped us secure car parking before we even arrived. The room was such a beautiful boutique room, super clean and spacious. "We thoroughly enjoyed the property and put it into the hidden gem category. We had a patio room which was spacious with a very comfy bed, high quality linens, a terrific modern bathroom and an excellent air conditioner. The entire team couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The location was as perfect as this beautiful town. I have already recommended the property to friends!"

"We found the property to be in excellent condition. The rooms are extremely spacious and wonderful bathrooms, with king size beds which are very comfortable. The attention to details generally for all the furnishings and interiors, design are exceptional. the staff were extremely helpful and professional. Also we had a very delicious breakfast with fresh produce every morning. I would definitely recommend friends and family and we will definitely stay there again."

"Grazie Giovani ! A wonderful stay in this gem of a hotel! What lovely staff and hospitality. The garden, was spectacular at night time with a glass of Prosecco. The guide tour in this historic building from 1762 which he calls home, after breakfast was amazing and we felt spoiled. I would return to Noto tomorrow, mostly to say hello to him and see this beautiful home."

"It was a great location. It looks a bit sketchy from the outside but once you pass through the doors you are in another world. It is a bit noisy but that is because of the proximity to popular pedestrian streets. Our only disappointment was that the air conditioning in our room (203) did not work and it was uncomfortably warm. "

"This property backs onto a busy access road and is incredibly noisy. Better windows might have helped but I doubt it. The beds are like the name - a garden of stone. We had to put blankets down under the bed sheet, it was that hard. There are no amenities and shouldn't be called a B&B as there was no breakfast. It is inexpensive, fairly clean and the owners are friendly, so this old school place might work if you value budget over comfort."
