"Fantastic rooms with balconies overlooking the main street in Palermo. The room and facilites were very clean, coffee, tea and pastries offered complimentry in a communal area. If driving into the city a permit is required for the ZTL Zone, this was arranged free of charge by the hotel. Street parking in blue bays only €1 per hour, free 8pm - 8am and free 2pm - 4pm if a parking spot is available, we got lucky and parked directly below the property for 3 days. "Was not really clean. Often times toilet paper was missing. Beds were uncomfortable. It's really hard to reach the top bunkbeds. The bottom bunk bed mattress was sunken in so I kept sliding in a hole"

"Modern accommodation in an ideal location. Within a few steps you’re on Via Maqueda, a lively street with many restaurants and shops. Incredibly walkable but be advised the surrounding streets are cobble/stone in case you are wheeling luggage’s or requesting a ride share. It may be that you need to walk to the nearest street. The building has a small (but mighty) lift if needed. Online concierge was a nice touch and accessible via WhatsApp during their designated hours. No complaints and...

"The room was very small and dark (not enough light to read or use the bathroom mirror), even though we booked a 'deluxe' room. There was no chair in the room, the safe and fridge cupboards had no handles, so you had to pull at the bottom of them to open them, and only one glass in the bathroom, so we couldn't take advantage of the mini bar on arrival. "This is a lovely place to stay in Palermo. It is a great location, very close to the food markets and the key sites. We had such a warm welcome, as we arrived straight off the overnight train from Naples & they offered us coffee & breakfast. Also we were given our room early as it was available. The family suite with 2 bedrooms is perfect for travelling with children. Thanks for such a great stay & your hospitality!"
