"The standout feature of our stay was the staff who really went the extra miles to make is feel welcome. I celebrated my birthday during the start and the hotel staff were really fabulous and I was also provided with a gift of a bottle of cava on arrival in the early evening. The facilities were also really good and the rooftop bar is a glorious spot"

"This was a fantastic pre-cruise hotel in Barcelona. 1. Super-central but still somehow quiet 2. The thermal spa was really lovely after long days of sightseeing 3. The breakfast add-on was absolutely worth it 4. All the staff were pleasant and helpful There was a bit of a mix up with needing two beds but the team sorted it out quickly. I would stay at this hotel again and will recommend it to friends. "
