"We had a very pleasant stay at Conrad Bengaluru with our family. The overall experience was excellent, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. A special mention to Manikanta at the swimming pool, who was very helpful and guided us well. Ravi from the car parking/valet service was also very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was very good, with a great variety of options, and the staff were attentive and guided us well throughout. Our children, especially our 3-year-old, really enjoyed the stay and had a wonderful time. It was a great family experience overall. Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again next time!"

"Vivanta is located close to MG Road & Brigade Road and it was very convenient. The hotel staff were exceptional, they always greeted us with a smile and the service was excellent. We had young kids and they loved the pool. The food was excellent and Mr. Naidu ensured our glasses were never empty ;) We had a wonderful time."

"I stayed for seven nights in July 2026. The workers on reception and those servicing the rooms are all hard-working, helpful and efficient. I stayed in room 1209, a very large , well maintained space, resembling a studio apartment without the kitchen: the bedroom had an ante room with separate seating and a dining table complete with a sofa and dining table and chairs. There is a very large bed, dressing table and chair, a TV with a range of apps including Netflix. There is a wardrobe with small hanging space and shelving, a large easy chair and stool and a small fridge. The WiFi is excellent and there is also a large portable fan. There are two further small shelving unit/bedside tables either side of the bed. There are coffee and tea making facilities and mineral water is supplied daily. There is a narrow outside ledge/terrace outside the window which is rather unsightly and in need of refurbishment. There is also a large luggage rack. A (rather expensive) laundry service is also available. There is a good quality restaurant on the next floor up which also provides room service. There is currently a 20% discount for guests, but a 10% service charge. Recommended."

"Rooms are spacious even at the base level. Several high quality restaurants on site so you don’t have to go out for dinner. Property itself is top notch and ranks among the best 5-star places worldwide. Staff is plenty and attentive. Cannot go wrong with this place."
