"The hotel is well maintained, modern, and very comfortable. The bathroom is beautiful, and the bed was great. Breakfast was pleasant—the overall breakfast crew were very attentive and accommodating, and the addition of the egg station was a great touch. I did miss having regular bacon with my eggs, and the fruit seemed a little old on the day I had it. The only downside for me was the location—it’s a bit far from where I needed to go, although it’s conveniently next to a shopping mall. That said, Pondok Indah Mall is still my top go-to mall in Jakarta. Overall, it was a great stay, just slightly too far for my preference."

"The internet was terrible if you don't go to certain areas of the room, some areas in the bathroom were a bit unstable, there was mold at the bottom of the shower door, the bed sheets were either stained or ripped, the housekeeper would sometimes leave the dirty plates and cups behind, sometimes for days. And there were bed bugs in the bed."

"While the initial room photos were a bit misleading—showing a Studio Premier with a kitchenette for a Deluxe King booking—and the listed laundry room was unavailable, Citadines handled the situation with true hospitality. To make up for the discrepancy, they kindly upgraded me to a Studio Premier and provided complimentary laundry service. Their quick resolution really made my stay comfortable. However, at 1am on my last night was disrupted by a malfunctioning electrical panel that caused the lights and air conditioning to flicker on and off. As the issue couldn't be fixed on the spot, the hotel moved everyone on my floor to different rooms for the remainder of the night. I refused to as I didnt want to everything for a few hours also the AC seemed to work for a couple more hours until it completely stopped. By that time it was already 4am and I had to be up at 6am to leave for the airport at 7am. So that left me a zombie for my long flight. The joy of a new development"

"Great family stay at Kristal Hotel! We really enjoyed our time at Kristal Hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful from the start, and the place felt clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious enough for the whole family, and the beds were really comfy. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, and the kids loved it. The location was also great — close to shops and restaurants but still nice and quiet at night. Everything was easy and stress-free, which made our trip even better. We’d definitely stay here again next time we visit. Highly recommend for families!"
