"Puncuk pass resort is located at one of the best locations in Puncuk. However, resort is very old, not maintained probably due to covid and infrastructure is very old and broken. In our room, all furnishings and towels were very dirty and old. Furniture was also not satisfactory. Condition of swimming pool and outside area needs proper maintenance and cleanliness.

"Nice area and quiet. Lovely staff. Very hard and uncomfortable bed though."

"Nice quiet and beautiful resort. Excellent customer service, staff were very polite, friendly and accommodating "

"water need to be improved .. sometimes water stopped while I was taking a bath"

"The room and bathroom were dirty and not well maintained. The WiFi connections were spotty. No AC or heating unit in the room."
