"I enjoyed my stay however the view was unappealing. Our balcony view was the top of the building. I called down and asked to switch rooms and I got a very unenthused response stating they were sold out"

"Pool bar staff was rude. Manager on duty did nothing to rectify our issue. Property was clean and majority of staff was friendly and helpful. Will not be returning to this property."
