"The hotel was nice and clean. However the staff was not super friendly and we called down to the front desk the first morning asking for more towels and hand soap and no one ever came. We were put in a handicap room which was not a big deal but water got everywhere when we showered and it became very dangerous. "

"Travelling with 2 teenagers. We reserved two rooms with 2 queen beds. When we arrived, they told us that they gave our rooms away and gave us 2 rooms with 2kings.
They wanted our kids to sleep on pullouts. (Which we found dirty socks in) and they just gave us sheets and made us make the bed ourselves.
Would not recommend this hotel to other families. "

"The staff were incredible! Especially Diana at the front desk. It’s such a clean and aesthetic hotel. The pool was perfect and the location couldn’t be any better! I will for sure be back!
