"I would like to say that I am disappointed with the quality of some things in our stay. This is the most expensive accommodation so far in Reunion but with the poorest facilities. On the plus side you service has been attentive and you have tried to accommodate the fact my wife does not drink alcohol ..."

"good hotel but defo not a 4 star you should ask for a room with no ll inclusive restaurant incredibly slow - we ate in two hours due to long service hotels quite old i dont think it will get 4 star again probs a 3 star - this should be 60 euros a night not more"
