"All the furniture was old and dectrpeit. It looked like they had gone to a trasih dump and scrounged almost-usable furniture. The laminate covered floors were delaminafing, the shower head was hanging loose on the shower wall Every piece of the amenities should have been sent to the dump, the walls were scarred and dirty, the bed was totally unusable because the mattress was too soft, never saw any staff and no one anserwed the phone so no chance of setting a wake up call. "The so called “breakfast” was a joke. A blueberry granola bar and package of instant oatmeal. That was it! Touted as an Extended Stay but, there was absolutely nothing in the room but a refrigerator and a lame 2 burner stove top. Not even a coffee pot. If you needed anything you had to go to the front desk and “check it out”. We only stayed one night, but if the plan is to use this as a base for exploring the area, you might want to reconsider. The freeway noise is atrocious all night long."

"Tracy was the sweetheart at the front desk when we arrived on an early morning flight from California unfortunately we couldn’t check in that morning.Tracy did get absolute best to accommodate us. For an early afternoon check in! She was so thoughtful and kind. To our surprise, there was a Thai/Vietnamese restaurant next to the front desk. when we arrived at our suite, we were pleasantly surprised with our living room pull out sofa and nice size bedroom with a king bed. "The staff were kind but a little out to lunch. We asked where the room was and she said room 225 was on the 3rd floor. The room its self was very clean and looked freshly remodeled. My only complaint was the matress. We had 2 queen beds and they were both spring beds that creaked and you sank to the bottom of the frame"

"People here are like community, you will come and feel it. Just don't judge the book by the cover. Staff was more than Super helpful and accommodating. Be your best self and you will feel very welcomed. I am running out of good things to say. Just awesome staff and friendly guests all week."
